Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Astro Kamal, we strive to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations for our services.

1. Cancellations

• Personal Horoscope Readings, Compatibility Reports, Yearly Forecasts, and Astrological Remedies:

  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you need to cancel your appointment or service within 24 hours of booking, you may do so without any penalty and receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after 24 hours but more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Service: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

• Educational Workshops:

  • Cancellations 7 Days Before Workshop: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations Within 7 Days of Workshop: Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Workshop: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop date are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

• Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are generally only available for cancellations as outlined above. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for issues such as:
  • Failure to deliver the service as promised.
  • Significant errors in the service provided.
• Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@astrokamal.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

3. Exceptions

• Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as instant downloadable content or completed readings, are non-refundable once delivered.
• Force Majeure: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

• Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Partial Refunds: In cases where partial refunds are granted, the amount will be prorated based on the portion of the service completed or the time elapsed.

Note: If approved, the refund will be credited into original method of payment within 14 days
